Conductive Bags
Black conductive bags are made of carbon loaded polyethylene and are a popular choice for packaging electrostatic sensitive devices despite the advent of metallised / static shielding bags.
Conductive black bags are tough and puncture resistant. They offer a degree of ESD protection for many ESDS. The electrical properties of black bags do not vary with humidity and are opaque to daylight, however they are not suitable for use in clean rooms as the carbon particles may be rubbed off.
