Our ISO 6 cleanroom facility
Our 58 m² cleanroom operates in accordance with ISO 14644, the international standard governing air cleanliness classification.
An ISO 6 environment permits no more than:
- 35,200 particles ≥0.5 microns per cubic metre of air
- 293 particles ≥5.0 microns per cubic metre
This controlled particle concentration significantly reduces the risk of airborne contamination during critical packaging and product handling operations.
The facility is purpose-built to maintain environmental integrity, featuring:
- 80mm cleanroom panels with polyester lacquered food-safe coating
- Silicon-sealed interlocking construction for airtight performance
- Suspended grid ceiling with vinyl-wrapped tiles
- Full air-conditioning and environmental control
- Antistatic vinyl flooring for ESD-sensitive components
All operations within the cleanroom are carried out by our GMP-trained personnel under strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent, controlled processes at every stage.
ISO 6 cleanroom services
Our ISO classified cleanroom supports a comprehensive range of contract services, including:

Clients deliver their products to us, where our trained team receives, logs, and transfers materials into our ISO 6 facility under controlled procedures. All handling, packaging, inspection, and documentation processes are completed within the cleanroom before finished goods are securely prepared and returned within the agreed timeframe, ensuring full process continuity from receipt to dispatch.
