Sales Administrator

At Antistat, we pride ourselves on being agile, customer-focused, and growth-oriented. Our company is expanding, and we’re now looking for a driven Sales Administrator to join our successful End User / Trade Distribution Division. If you’re a strong communicator, proactive relationship builder, and results-driven professional, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Administrator role based in Bury St Edmunds. The Sales Administrator will process customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all documentation, pricing, and delivery details are correctly captured in the system. The role includes responding to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing product and order information, and escalating issues when needed.

The person in this role will support the sales team with quotations, sales reports, and CRM updates, helping to maintain an accurate pipeline and customer records. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with operations, logistics, and finance to track shipments, resolve order discrepancies, and support a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The Sales Administrator will contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and uphold Antistat’s standards for quality, service, and communication.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and handle enquiries clearly and courteously.
  • Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales support, including entering orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate customer and product data.
  • Solid Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as managing documentation, updating CRM/ERP systems, and organizing reports and sales records.
  • Comfort working with MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) and business systems; experience with CRM (Salesforce ideally) or ERP platforms is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a B2B or manufacturing/technical environment is beneficial; familiarity with electronics or industrial products is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bury St Edmunds and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant experience in a sales administration, customer support, or order management role; formal qualifications in business, administration, or a related field are advantageous.

Sales Account Manager

Our company is expanding, and we’re now looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our successful End User / Trade Distribution Division. If you’re a strong communicator, proactive relationship builder, and results-driven professional, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Bury St Edmunds. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across target industries.

Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, preparing quotes and proposals, and presenting tailored ESD solutions that align with customer requirements.

The role involves monitoring account performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and logistics, and responding promptly to inquiries and issues. The Sales Account Manager will also maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven Account Management experience with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
  • Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, prospecting, and pipeline development in a B2B environment.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client presentations.
  • Experience selling technical or industrial products; ESD, electronics, or manufacturing sector experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs, interpret technical requirements, and recommend appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce ideally), sales reporting tools, and basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with operations, procurement, and customer support teams.
  • Preferred: prior experience in supply chain solutions, managed services, or value-based solution selling.
  • Preferred: relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
