Providing an efficient route to ground

Copper grounding tape keeps your Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA) effectively grounded by directing electrostatic charge to designated earthing points.

Supplied on a convenient roll measuring 10mm wide and 200m long, the tape is installed under vinyl flooring. We recommend laying one copper strip for every three rows of tiles, in one direction only, and around the perimeter of the room. For optimal performance, the tape should be connected to earth every 40 m².

Copper tape is an essential accessory when grounding our vinyl connecting floor tiles.

For installations using our X-joint or dovetail interlocking floor tiles, we recommend our ESD floor grounding tile kit instead, to complete your set up.
