ESD ANTI-SLIP FLOOR MATTING
Our blue, anti-slip ESD mats are suitable for flooring within your ESD protected area. The specially designed synthetic rubber layers maintain excellent resistance in areas that have high volumes of foot traffic. It is easy to clean and can also be swept or hosed down. The anti-slip ESD mats, supplied with a 10mm press stud in each corner, are also suitable for use as bench mats. Ideal in workshops of microelectronic industries. Made from antistatic (conductive) and static-dissipative materials with synthetic rubber.
The mat construction consists of:
- A 1mm thick static dissipative surface layer
- A 2mm thick conductive bottom layer
ESD anti-slip floor matting features a corrugated surface that provides slip resistance and stable footing. It boasts excellent abrasion resistance and is easy to clean, whether by sweeping or hosing off. The surface layer consists of a 1mm thick static-dissipative layer, while the bottom layer is a 2mm thick conductive layer. It offers a surface resistance of 1×10⁶ > R < 1×10⁹ Ohms, ensuring effective static protection.
