We manufacture our sterile nitrile gloves from 100% nitrile butadiene rubber and rate them for Class 100 cleanroom use. The hand-specific fit and extended beaded cuff protect the wrist and forearm. These gloves are naturally antistatic, powder free, and latex free, which helps reduce allergic reactions and particle contamination.
The textured surface improves grip, making these sterile cleanroom gloves ideal for small or delicate items in sensitive environments. We pack each pair in a class 100 cleanroom to keep them sterile and meet strict cleanliness standards. For other applications, non-sterile gloves are also available.
We sterilise these nitrile gloves with a minimum 2.5Mrad dose of gamma radiation to meet safety and compliance needs. This method keeps the gloves strong while providing reliable protection in controlled areas such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronics assembly, and sterile powder handling.
