Antistatic HIPS packaging reels for SMT carrier tape winding and storage

Antistat’s antistatic component reels are used to wind, store, and transport SMT components packaged in carrier tape for pick-and-place assembly. Made from high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) for ESD-safe handling, they protect small and sensitive components during shipment and production.

Available in two sizes to suit different production volumes: 7 inch antistatic packaging reels for smaller component quantities and compact storage, and 13 inch antistatic HIPS packaging reels for standard production volumes and high-speed line compatibility.

Use with our carrier tape extenders and splice tape connectors for a complete reel management solution.
