Flat punched carrier tape for SMT reel loading, feeder extension, and reel joining

Antistat carrier tape extenders are flat punched carrier tape sections used to extend existing SMT reels, replace missing leader tape on cut or short reels, and ensure smooth, uninterrupted feeding through pick-and-place machines. Compatible with all major SMT pick-and-place feeders and suitable for use as leader or trailer tape.

Polystyrene carrier tape extenders in black conductive flat punched format provide ESD protection during component handling. Paper carrier tape extenders with antistatic cover tape offer a cost-effective white flat punched alternative for standard paper tape applications. For shorter lengths, flat punched leader tape is available in 6mm black format supplied in 300mm lengths.
