Our pink anti static bubble bags provide a lightweight, protective solution for transporting or storing non-ESD sensitive components. These bags prevent charge build-up and reduce the risk of electrostatic discharge, making them ideal for use within electrostatic protected areas (EPAs) or for moving items outside controlled environments.
Manufactured from LDPE and LLDPE with antistatic additives, each anti static bubble bag features a soft, flexible texture and a thermoformed air bubble layer that cushions the contents. The two-layer extrusion process, combined with a calendar roll, creates a consistent bubble structure and optimal performance. Bags are heat sealed on three sides and finished with a 30mm low-static peel-and-seal lip for easy closure.
These pink bubble bags do not generate static when rubbed against other surfaces and are available in several industry standard sizes. Custom sizing and colour options are also available on request, subject to minimum order quantities. For applications requiring static shielding, we recommend our static shielding bubble bags.
