JEDEC MATRIX TRAYS

JEDEC trays are designed and manufactured to meet stringent JEDEC global standards. Applications include assembly and testing, shipping and storage, manufacturing processes, and pick and place automation of Integrated Circuits (IC).

All JEDEC trays have “X” and “Y” dimensions of 320mm x 135mm (12.6″ x 5.3″) making them stack easily for storage and transportation.

Complete your packaging solution with JEDEC tray covers and  conductive straps, moisture barrier bags, Humidity Indicator Cards (HIC) and desiccants.
